These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the users (“Clients” or “Buyers”) and Bloxbuilder Company.

1. Service Agreement
Clients may provide projects and Developers may submit proposals to work on those projects. The agreement to provide services is formed between the Bloxbuilder Team and Client.
2. Project Scope and Payment
a. Clients must clearly define the scope of work, milestones, deadlines, and payment terms in the project agreement.
b. Payment for services will be processed VIA Customer and a one-on-one Sales Agent Support and Clients will fund projects, and After Agreement Withe the Following Payment methods, [ Bank Wires, Paypal, Cryptocurrency and Transfers ]
3. Intellectual Property Rights
a. Clients retain full ownership of their game concepts, ideas, and intellectual property.
b. Developers agree to transfer the ownership of any game assets or code they create for a project to the Client upon successful completion and payment.
c. Developers must not use or disclose any confidential information obtained from Clients for personal or Unauthorized purposes.
4. Communication and Professional Conduct
a. Clients must communicate all project-related discussions and updates through our platform and All verified BLOXBUILDER Communication Link to Avoid risking Vulnerability to Bad Actors
[BLOXBUILDER TEAM] does not offer refunds for any products or services provided. Once a product or service is purchased or delivered, all sales are final, and no refunds will be granted for an Already delivered service, however, in terms of exceptions. We make refunds with a calculated deduction for already spent expenses in line of the client’s project
6. Modification of Terms
a. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes through email or platform notifications.
b. Continued use of our platform after the modifications are made will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Hacks and Roblox CHEATS
a. The Company will in no circumstances Make or accept projects that poses threats to the Roblox community whatsoever and we will never engage in copyright of other games, cheats and so on.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.
b. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
